FAQ
- Login/Sign-up issues: please check your network connection and try again.
- Device connection issues: ensure Bluetooth is enabled and permissions are granted.
- Data missing/not showing: body composition records are stored on your device by default. Uninstalling the app, clearing app data, or system cleanup may delete local data. Cross-device sync is not supported at this time; please back up and migrate carefully.
- AI advice failed: please check your network connection and try again later. AI features only perform necessary temporary transmission when you actively use them; our server does not persistently store your body fat data or generated advice results.
- Privacy & permissions: on Android, BLE scanning may require Location permission due to system requirements. We do not collect, upload, or store your location traces.
